- Each payment is matched to the tenancy. See who has paid and who owes, with statements, receipts, and landlord-approved payment plans.
- Verified listers: ID, selfie, and KRA PIN, reviewed by an admin, to stop fake listings and scams.
- Free 1:1 in-app messaging on every plan. Landlords also get group chat and broadcast notices.
- A ConfiRent AI assistant for questions about rent, payment plans, and listings. You can install it as a phone app.
- Agents and agencies get team seats. Developers get project pages. Short-stay guests can book without an account. Privacy follows Kenya's Data Protection Act.
